The Website provides access to The Trusted Voice services, including the TTV Website, The Trusted Circle community hosted on Kajabi ("TTC"), and The Trusted Voice Community on Discord ("TTVC").
Master Your Video Pty Ltd reserves the right to review and change any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the Website. The Trusted Voice Community (TTVC) on Discord
A community space hosted on Discord, providing real-time discussion, peer support, networking and direct communication channels for TTV members.
As a user or member of The Trusted Voice, you agree to the following obligations:
All payments for services offered through The Trusted Voice must be made in advance. Payment is accepted via PayPal and Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise Master Your Video Pty Ltd to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
For recurring memberships, billing will continue on a recurring basis at the applicable interval (e.g. quarterly) until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation process provided in your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Master Your Video Pty Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing members before any change takes effect on their next billing cycle.
Refunds are limited to the resupply of services in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact The Trusted Voice in the first instance to discuss the matter.
A refund may be considered if a written request is made within 48 hours of the original purchase. Refund requests made after 48 hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted.
Change-of-mind refunds are not available. By purchasing a membership or any service offered by The Trusted Voice, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the offering and made an informed decision prior to payment.
All content, materials, resources, course content, templates, frameworks, branding and intellectual property available on the Website and through The Trusted Voice services are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other applicable Australian laws.
As a member, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content provided through your membership for your personal and professional development purposes only.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish or otherwise make available any content from The Trusted Voice to any third party without prior written consent from Master Your Video Pty Ltd.
Any content, materials, posts, comments or contributions you create or submit through The Trusted Voice platforms (including TTC and TTVC) grants Master Your Video Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting The Trusted Voice services.

Master Your Video Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to any or all services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, engage in conduct that is harmful to other members or the community, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the interests of The Trusted Voice and its members.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Master Your Video Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
