You can finally see who’s really seeing your posts — not just your followers.
LinkedIn just split your reach into two numbers: in-network (your followers and connections) and out-of-network (total strangers the algorithm pushed you to). A high out-of-network number means the algorithm understood your post and ran with it.
Out-of-network is the number I care about for growth. Follower likes feel good, but they won’t get you new people.

What to do with it
- Check your last 10 posts. Note the out-of-network share on each.
- Find your baseline. What’s your normal out-of-network %?
- Make more of what spikes. Whatever jumped above your baseline — do more of that.
