Audit yours. Map the funnel behind it. Then let AI keep it running without you.
Most expert websites are brochures.
Pretty. Polite. Converting nobody. Yours might be one of them. Today we find out.
You're building on rented land.
LinkedIn can throttle your reach tomorrow. Your domain is the one corner of the internet nobody can take from you. So it has to earn its keep.
You walk out with
01Your audit score25 points, brutally honest
02Your one fixshipped by Friday

01Why own your site
02The funnel + your homepage

05The audit + hot seatsthe finale
Part One
Why have your own site.
Your site works while you sleep.
Or it doesn't work at all. There's no polite middle where it just sits there being nice. Every visitor either moves one step closer to you, or bounces.
Part Two
The basic funnel.
Strip the jargon and it's four moves.
Four moves, no dead ends
01Trafficpeople arrive, give them one place to land
02Lead magnetsomething worth an email address
03Emailthe only audience you own
04Offera clear path from free to paid
Every page has one job.
If you can't name the one step a page moves someone toward, that page is decoration. And decoration doesn't pay rent.
The page that matters most
Your homepage gets five seconds.
01Say what you doin the headline, not the about page
02Name who it's for"I help consultants" beats "welcome"
03One buttonone next step, and it works
04Your facereal photo, people buy from people
05Zero jargona 10-year-old can repeat it back
Part Three
The architecture.
My actual ecosystem, opened up. Why three sites instead of one.
How my sites feed each other
blog.thetrustedvoice.co
The Blog
SEO engine. Pulls search traffic every day.
stringstory.co
Stringstory
Premium consulting. Built to qualify, not attract.
stringnguyen.com
String Nguyen
Personal brand. For the person googling me before the yes.

Everything feeds
thetrustedvoice.co
The TTV Site
Membership, workshops, the mini course. Every path leads here.
One site. One job.
The moment a site tries to do everything, it does nothing. You don't need three sites. You need to know what job your one site is doing.
Part Four
Website + AI.
Three ways I actually use AI on my own sites. Real examples, cos theory is boring.
Tactic 01 · Publishing
I publish without opening WordPress.
The draft goes to Claude. It uploads through the WordPress API, sets the SEO title and description, adds the FAQ schema, and sends back the live link. The post is live. Nobody opened the admin panel.
Tactic 02 · Building
I build pages by describing them.
"Build me a workshop page for this outline." Claude writes the code, GitHub holds it, Vercel makes it live. This exact preso was built that way. So was the audit you're about to do.
Tactic 03 · Content
Transcripts become posts.
A workshop recording goes in one end. A branded, SEO-ready blog post comes out the other, published on the site. The whole pipeline runs while I'm doing something else.
My sites run. I don't run them.
Part Five
The stack.
The exact tools behind every site you saw today. No developer required, cos Claude writes the code for you.
Six tools
01Claudethe brain and the hands
02GitHubwhere your site's files live
03Vercelturns files into a live site in a minute
04Kajabithe money layer: membership + email
05Tallyforms that actually convert
06Kitemail collection, the list you own (was ConvertKit)
Part Six · the finale
The audit.
You've seen the funnel, the architecture, the AI. Now turn all of it on your own site.
What we score
01Positioningthe five-second homepage test
02Funnelthe four moves, no dead ends
03Trustwould a stranger buy from you?
04Content & SEOcan anyone find you?
05Tech healththe silent lead killers
25 points. Be brutal.
Open the audit in one tab, your website in another. Tick what's true today, not what you plan to fix. Fifteen minutes. Go.
